The internet was actually created by scientists in Europe by an organization called CERN. The internet was created as an easy way to access each others' findings in regards to research. It simply means either 90% of 1 half of the game is ‘mental’ or that half the game - on a scale of ‘mentalness’ is 90% mental as opposed to say 100% (completley mental)
