He tells this to his wife (who is in need of this money) and dies soon after. During the funeral, the sad wife put an envelope in her husband's coffin while her friend watches in astonishment. Afterwards, her friend asks if the envelope had the lottery money in it. "Well" she replies "I wrote him a check". LOL! Sorry for the puntuation problems! I did the best I could!
