No, the vikings didn’t come from the Netherlands, they were scandinavian, wich means they came from Norway, Finland, Denmark or Sweden.
But it was all about stealing other peoples properties, altough pirates used to take over other ships and their belongings and Vikings were more about taking other peoples land and properties (and raping all the women).
