I think that blondes are smart, but some are not wise. There is a difference! To be smart is to know a lot, to be wise is to use that knowledge correctly. Heres an example: You see a hot stove and you know not to touch it without thinking twice. Knowledge only says that the stove is hot and you could get hurt, wisdom says you should stay away from the stove. Get it?
