I Voted Democrat Because…
I voted Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whoever I want. I decided to marry my horse.
I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 18% isn't.
I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about the slaughter of millions of babies so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.
I voted Democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
I voted Democrat because I believe that people who can't tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don't start driving a Prius.
I voted Democrat because when we pull out of Iraq I trust that the bad guys will stop what they're doing, because they now think we're good people.
I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.
I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.
I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves.
I voted Democrat because my head is so firmly planted up my ass that it is unlikely that I'll ever have another point of view.
A Liberal is a person who will give away everything they don't own." Ron, the Gregarious Hermit.

Hey, just because I consider myself a democrat doesn’t mean I just blindly believe in whatever they do, I have my own opinions too.
I believe in the right to own a weapon, and i think you should be able to defend yourself for the most part.
I’m Pro-choice and i believe in the death penalty.
And I don’t care if you’re offended by my use of free speech, that’s why it’s called free speech. I care when an asshole in the movie theatre uses their free speech to scream “Fire” and people are trampled to death trying to get out in a panic.
the one about freedom of speech & not caring if anyone is offended….is wat their doing rite now.
so since there is freedom of speech : I voted repulican because im a hypocrite !
I believe in the right to own a weapon, and i think you should be able to defend yourself for the most part.
so Toby, how come in countries like canada, they don’t have guns and there aren’t nearly as many deaths on average per year than the states, no other country has anywhere near them
STATS
Australia 65 shooting deaths per year, England just over 300, United States over 11,000
that’s from bowling for columbine, plus in Canada they are the United States’ neighbor, and they only have a little bit more than 100 killings every year
If you say that it’s only because Canada is soo much smaller, let’s do some grade 8 math…Ratios
America 305,000,000: Canada 33,000,000
that’s 9.24
9.24 times let’s say about 120(Canada’s shootings)
1109…that’s about 1/10 of America’s shootings
So is the gun law really that good?
I’m Pro-choice and i believe in the death penalty.
Another thing
If they are not alive, why are they breathing? if they are not human beings, what kind of beings are they? Since they are human beings, why is it legfal to kill them?
and you say death penalty, sur eyou treat others as theyd want to be treated, but two wrongs do not make a right
And death with the babies, what did they do to deserve death, did you know when the iem that goes in is in there, they sense the danger and they run away from it,
by the way, how would you have those views if your parents chose otherwise
by the way again, im fifteen and yuove just been told
i gotta say the death penalty is dumb because after waiting all that time they want to die anyway. not much of a punishment
i also hate the world and this country so whoever dissagrees can go die.
I agree with John here. Democrats talk with their feet in their mouths and their heads in their butts.
protecting oneself from criminalality is a no brainer….dc outlawed most ownership in the 1970’s…..and became murder capital of the planet repeatedly over a fifteen year period…..
crime control is not the objective of the dems….control of “we the people” is
I read some of comparisons to Canada about owing guns. First off, This is America, not Canada.
Second, its our Right, as in Constitutional Right to own and posses a gun, for protection, or for hobby.
Third, Canada’s crime rate is obscene, gang violence, drugs, shootings. We also know that most shootings in America are inner city, gangs, robberies, drugs. If they don’t have guns, they will use knives.
We also know people in Canada own guns just like we do.
If we do away with one right, then we must also take your other ones away too. Including hate laws, abortion protection, and any civil laws that have been added to the Constitution.
Guns and ownership of guns are what makes America unique, independent, and Free!
You can scream all day about guns, they will always be here.
I do not own a gun, never have, but I respect the Constitution, all of it!
the constitution was made back in th late 1700s, so the right to own gun, i dont think they had ak 47s and needed glocks and sawed off shotgun, they had the little flintlock guns wen it was shoot, new ammo and they were crude devices, unlike the ones we have today
in england when you get a gun lisence, you have to wait two years until you can get one, and they’re bb guns, lol, airsoft
john! ur smart!
ok republicans rock! wow you go john!
The death penalty is a short way out for fugitive they deserve to serve.
lol, my names daniel, not john, lol, but im signed in as john all the time, lol
but nayways mr jones, even if you look at all the shootings, stabbings, crime rate in general, the usa has the highest of all countries, even if everyone had the same amount of people in our country
its mostly stabbings, drugs, and all those things in canada, but not nearly as much as in the states
u say we are america not canada, well guess what, i wasnt talking aoubt being canadians, i wa stalkiing about being like canada
being something, and beiong like sopmething are totally different, its like saying tht lightning and a lightning bug are the same
if the usa was more like canada(the peacekeeping nation), there would be nothign like wats goinon now
everyione thinks tht owning guns is a right, but its actually a privilege, if you want to bear arms, get flintlock pistols, or some musket or the actual weapons they had in 1776
John you are on idiot. The second amendment states that it is the right of the people to bear arms. Owning guns is not a privilege, it is a RIGHT.
John, Daniel, or whatever you’re name is don’t be foolish. What difference should it make, the type of gun. The basic principle of it is that a person must have means to protect themselves from oppresive forces (i.e. criminals, tyrants, ect.).
I don’t advocate everyone having military grade weaponry around for the off chance that it would be needed, but if the person is acting as no threat to anyone, why should he be subject to loosing the ability to decide what is the most adequate form of protection against those who would show no regard for the law.
By the way, I’m a democrat and you’ve just been told.
well if you want to live in a country and vote for the party where you can have an ak-103 or ak 74-U
be my guest
you said that there are people who show no regard for the law
those guns can act as placebos
placebos for power
people who have guns believe they have more power than another person
the first ammendment is
1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
so you wouldnt really need guns if everyone follwed the first ammendment
why follow the other ones, why bear arms?
you wouldn’t need protection, you wouldn’t need to bear arms if everyone just acted towards one anothe rin the spirit of brotherhood
lol democrats are STUPID!!
