Funny Emergency 911 Calls

George Carlin once said “Imagine how dumb the average person is, now imagine that half the world is dumber than that.”… or something to that effect. I think we have our proof, and they’re calling 911!

I feel dumber having watched that… well maybe smarter. I dunno.
