I didn’t need the neighbor part to figure out this puzzle. I just found the smallest common denominator between 2, 3 and 9 (which is 18) and did the math.

i’m not sure if all quite understand that these aren’t ‘jokes’ they’re riddles hence they aren’t SUPPOSED to be funny ..
9+6+2= 17 but 9 doesn’t equal 1/2 of 17, 6 is not 1/3, and 2 is not 1/9, the problem is not solved.
even at that, 1/2 + 1/3 + 1/9 doesnt equal 100% so theres no of way of solving from the start of the riddle.
