You don’t need both words, one will do.
I never understood why this is funny. A. The mom might give her husband oral sex. B. This is not a slam on women, but realistically IF this joke is supposed to be funny, it is illogical – All things being equal (cleanliness etc.) it is more likely a vagina would have more (bad) taste and smell than a guy’s penis. If this is untrue, why all the fish jokes?
