All the tax changes he made in office, saved money for the wealthest 5% of america. We don't have nationalized health care because the insurance companies are padding the pockets of those republican senators. They make millions of dollars a MONTH. When Bush had choices to make (at every turn) he made the wrong one. HE even knows that he was a failure as a president and HE'S borderline mentally disabled!
