Ha Ha xD. If you don’t get it she means that she’s worried that her granddaugher will get pregnant so she slips birth control pills in her orange juice so that she won’t. And that helps HER sleep at night knowing she won’t get pregant. It’s funny cause you thought that she was the one having sex. You pervs.
