What I find funny about blonde jokes is that you could actually say that about anybody, whatever hair colour they have. I bet if they made dumb brunette jokes, everybody would be able to find someone to fit into the stereo type of dumb brunette. Its only because of the dumb blonde stereo type that we notice all the dumb blondes. Or maybe some blondes are only “dumb” because they think they can’t be anything other than dumb, because the whole world is telling them that they’re stupid. Maybe they just don’t believe in themselves enough and thats why they’re seen as “dumb”. I have a friend who is a perfect example of this. She doesn’t try because she thinks she’s too dumb, but when she does try she is soooo smart. Maybe everyone should think twice before they place judgements on people due to stereotypes.
